1) Shipping information, How do we ship your order, what is the delivery time ?

We may use several shipping ways, low cost transport is done usually through post mail,

express or high value orders are shipped via a transport company like UPS, DHL, FEDEX

for an express shipment we may ask you an additionnal cost (see transport costs)

usual delay is +- 1 week after recept of the payment if the product is on stock

in case it is not on stock, we will notify you by email the approximate delivery time

2) How can I pay my order

a) by paypal

the basic payment is done on-line through paypal, with your paypal account, if you have already a paypal

account or with a credit card if do not have yet a paypal account

Advantage :

paypal is easy to use and widely accepted worldwide, paypal confirms your payment within

minutes by email

Alternative :

We accept also payment by bank electronic wire transfer, in this case you have to ask

us a quotation by email and we will send you the quotation joined with our bank account

information, in this case the order will be processed manually and confirmed by email

Shipment of the order will be done after the recept of the payment on our bank account

3) Return policy

a) Return for nonsatisfaction of the customer :

Any customer can return the products for nonsatisfaction within 10 days of his reception

If the return is justified by an error of our share, in the description or the state of

the product, we will completely refund the customer including the transport costs to return

us the products. The amount will be refunded after analysis of the motivation of return,

the returned products must also be intact and in the original packaging, any deterioration

of the product or its packaging cancels the rights to refundings partially or completely according

to the degree of depredation of the products

if the return is justified by customer, because he does not want to buy the product anymore,

we will refund the customer for the amount the product, but we will deduct the transport costs

and the possible addtionnal sales fees in case of ebay sales only

b) return for warranty

For new products, warranty is 1 year

For the second hand product, warranty is 1 month

We will evaluate possible exemptions from standard warranty conditions, case by case on special request,

the clauses of warranty are accepted after reception and inspection of the returned products

The warranty are in no case accepted if the defectusosity were caused by a misuse or a voluntary or involuntary

depredation of the product by the customer.

4) Can I get an invoice

a) For the orders of more than 30 £, we can on request send an invoice to you either directly with the parcel,

or by mail to your address. For the orders of less than 30 £, general and administration expenses of 2.5 £ will

be counted for the establishment of the invoice, however if a customer places more orders at the same time,

we can establish a global invoices if the total amount of 30 £ is reached.

b) for the professional customers having a VAT number, we can also send an invoice

We will apply VAT accrodingly to the region of origin of the buyer, this is done only on request

by email, before the establishment of the invoice we need the VAT number.

5) What can I do in case this dispute/litigation

Although we do all that is in our capacity to keep our customers satisfied, a problem remains possible, before passing

to a negative evaluation on ebay or direct Xrefcontrols sales, we advise you to contact us in an abstract way. we wish to keep satisfied customers,

we will thus try always if possible to find a solution which can satisfy our customers within limits of the reasonable

one. If however no solution can be found, below you will find our general terms of sales applied in the event of

litigation for all our commercial transactions

order on web site, the order becomes effective when it has been confirmed to us by fax or email

The prices mentioned are indicative and can be modified at any time without prior notice

Except contrary stipulation in written within a quotation, the sale of products does not include/understand the

installation and the startup of this one

The goods remain our property untill the full payment

Non-payment of only one invoice in its term makes exigible automatically the balance on all the other invoices even not fallen

In the event of nonpayment of an invoice in its term we reserve ourselves the right to increase its amount of 12% with a

minimum of 15 £

Any complaint to be valid must be transmitted to us in writing in the five days which follow the reception of the goods

In the event of dispute the courts of justice are only qualified

We make all our provisions to respect the deadlines and we do not accept any penalty of delay, the delay in the delivery

cannot in no case to give place to the cancellation of an order
